Payment information

Payments are processed by Wix and its payment providers. Card and account details are entered on the Wix checkout and are never sent to, or stored by, this storefront. We only receive the confirmation that an order has been paid, together with the order record.

How we use your information

• To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
• To answer your messages and provide support for an order.
• To keep records of transactions for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
• To improve our product listings and this storefront based on how it is used.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to complete your order: our fulfilment suppliers receive the items, name and delivery address; carriers receive the delivery details; Wix processes payments and hosts the order records; and our email and hosting providers process messages and site traffic. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and local storage

This site keeps a small amount of information in your browser to run the basket and remember your session, and may use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings; clearing the basket data will empty your cart.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us from the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a region with additional statutory rights, those apply in full.

Children

This store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
