These terms govern your use of this storefront and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or completing a purchase, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

About this store

This storefront displays and sells products held through our supplier network. Payment, order records and checkout are provided by Wix. Questions about these terms can be sent to us from the contact page.

Products, descriptions and prices

We describe products from the manufacturer specifications and our own testing. Photos are representative; colours can vary slightly between production runs and screens. Prices, stock and availability are shown live and may change without notice. If an item is ordered at an obviously incorrect price or is no longer available, we will contact you before dispatching to confirm, amend or cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, or when we send an order confirmation that states the order has been accepted. Until then, we may decline an order — for example if payment is not authorised, if the delivery address cannot be served, or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

All payments are taken through the Wix checkout in US dollars unless your card issuer converts the amount. Card details are handled by Wix and its payment providers, never by this storefront.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping charges and customs duties are set out in the shipping policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are set out in the returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact and delivery details, and keep them up to date while an order is in progress.
• Use the store lawfully — no scraping, bulk ordering for resale, or attempts to interfere with the site or the checkout.
• Follow the care instructions supplied with each product so the item lasts as intended.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — our copy, photography, layout and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without written consent. Product and carrier names remain the property of their owners.

Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for products that are faulty or not as described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost training time or lost profits. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where our business is registered. Before starting any formal proceedings, please raise the issue with us through the contact page — most problems are resolved the same week.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our store or the law. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
